Kush Kush Toys & Books opened its doors in November 2009. Kush Kush carries a variety of toys & books, but focuses on quality brands from America and Europe. I developed a keen interest in toys and children's books after our son was born. I, like most moms, was looking for quality toys that would engage the child, but were powered by his/her imagination. The rash of toy recalls over the past few years made me weary. I knew there were better choices out there....quality toys that were not easily available to parents on Long Island. I set about trying to change that, spending hours and hours on research. Who makes the toy, where, and how? Every item is handpicked for the store as if I was picking it out for my own son.
